All packages are shipped via USPS with tracking and delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately.

International customers, please allow at least 4 weeks for delivery before reaching out. Regarding customs, note that we cannot legally mark packages as "gift" nor are we responsible for any fees your package may incur on its way to you.

Turnaround time (TAT) varies and may be longer during sale dates and holidays. Please refer to the announcement bar at the top of the page for the latest estimate.

returns

Due to the fragile nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If your package arrives broken, missing items, or doused in suspicious red fluid, get in touch and we will work with you to make it right. Make sure to hang onto damaged packages/contents for insurance purposes. Photos wouldn't hurt, either.
